Hi! We’re the Barkers. Welcome to NorthWest Kayak and Canoe Rentals.  We’re starting this up as a family run business. Katy, age 20, Emily, age 17, and Jessy, age 16, will be common sights around the business; carrying kayaks and canoes and guiding tours down the river.  Bill and Judy will also be around helping with everything around the shop.  We started kayaking around five years ago and fell in love with it.  All of us have been very involved in the outdoors; playing soccer, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, etc.  You name an outdoor sport and we have probably participated.  Our love of the outdoors started at very young ages and has grown to the point where we need to share it with others.  Hopefully you will enjoy the Kiski River and all of western Pennsylvania’s beauty as much as we do!
